Originally constructed in 2003 and redeveloped in 2009 when it moved to its own domain and Wordpress, the Parklands Primary website covers Parklands Primary School itself, the Bridge Centre and other on-site facilities.

The website was based around a piece of black and white artwork created by one of the pupils that was provided by the school. This original image was scanned and then the bright, primary colours were added to build the images at the top of the page. Some components of that image were then re-used to design the side menu, continuing the children's artwork theme throughout the entire website layout.

The overall design and colour scheme of this website has proved very popular indeed with both the pupils and the school itself, so popular in fact that it has subsequently been used in an almost unaltered form for print media such as document headings and information folders which are sent out each year to prospective parents as well as being the basis more recently for the new signs that welcome visitors to the school itself.
