The subject matter of Retro Tat is varied, but generally speaking it deals with Jason's interest in retro computing generally and specifically items that pertain to be somehow "retro" but aren't entirely.
Generally speaking that ranges from downloads or compilations of classic games as well as remakes or re-imaginings of the same for current and previous generation machines, LCD screened hand-held games that are either given away as promotional items or sold on market stalls, at car boot sales and pound shops (or their equivalents) and direct to TV hardware that are either officially licensed or using "borrowed" technology and software from the 8- and 16-bit eras.
Retro Tat is a blog-based website which is powered by the excellent Wordpress blog and content management system; it utilises a specifically customised template and the hosting is handled by the Enisoc Design in-house web servers. Client websites can now also be driven by Wordpress.
